Its location is favourable, so close to O'Hare and close to $ 100 USD on taxi/uber trips to-and-from the airport and Allstate Arena. The hotel provides very very good breakfast with eggs and bacon and bacon. The property staff are helpful.

The only thing I would have asked for to make my vacation even better for senior people is a more attentive and helpful staff. Oftentimes, I felt like the children working there lacked proper training and didn't prioritize providing excellent customer service.
